Founded in 1964, in Marin County, California, the Hoey Company is a family-owned commercial real estate company providing quality, affordable office and warehouse space for lease in a variety of sizes from the smallest incubator space to free-standing buildings of up to 25,000 square feet.

Office: Our focus is on providing affordable office space in the range of 200-4000 square feet to small and medium sized businesses.

Warehouse:  While we offer warehouse spaces up to 20,000 square feet, we specialize in units in the 1,000 to 5,000 square foot range.  All of our warehouse units feature rollup doors, virtually all have private bathrooms, and many include offices.
